BERLIN · welcome to three day, multi disciplinary festival at HomeBase project located in Pankow, the event is the result of a three month long international artist in residence and research program.
the highlight of the event will include 16 open studios with site-specific installations relating to the topic of home, performances, community projects, lectures, readings, special part of the event is artistic re-staging the historical Engelhardt photograph taken on March 5th in 1907, so exactly 105 years ago!
homebase project creates a unique platform for a multi-disciplinary artistic exploration of the notion of home as the foundation of humanity. It aims to foster a sense of interconnectedness in society through the arts, awaken social responsibility and integrate contemporary art into everyday urban living.
