LIVERPOOL · Trolleybooks, run by Gigi Gianuzzi 3244#, published Delta Nigeria - The Rape of Paradise. Nigerian photographer George Osodi, author of the book, will now open a year-long exhibition at the International Museum of Slavery, Liverpool.

the photos deal with the oil situation in the Delta region of Nigeria and have been exhibited in museums and biennials around the world as 'Oil Rich Niger Delta'.

Osodi's work will also be part of the We Face Forward festival of West African art held in Manchester museums this summer as part of the 2012 festival across the UK.

George Osodi is giving a free talk at 2pm on thursday 14 June at the Antony Walker Education Centre in the International Slavery Museum.
