the First man on the sun is the exhibition that brings together the results of a research started several years ago. Mario Council, italian artist with a constant and long acquaintances abroad - has been developing for some time a speech comparing the animal world and contemporary society. the observation of human dynamics led him to devise a sort of disturbing, "Animal Farm", with an incisive allegorical purposes. however, unlike Orwell's novel, the charges against totalitarianism, here, give way to a tight social criticism. The exhibition of the works on display in Città Sant'Angelo has mainly fiberglass sculptures of animals in real scale.
