PLATOON KUNSTHALLE is proud to announce the first artist lab project Seoul Electronic City. this project is a radio project, which seeks to support the electronic music production scene in Seoul. 

while DJ's are quite present in the cultural scene, there are not many platforms for producers of electronic music. Seoul Electronic City wants to change that. at the artist talk, the project will explain, why they do what they do and how.
