SEOUL · the EXPO 2012 will unveil the “ONE OCEAN” thematic pavilion by SOMA. the pavilion design was selected as the first prize winner in an open international architecture competition and as a result the office was commissioned to plan the entire building.

"ONE OCEAN" is the first ocean architecture in KOREA. the building embodies the expo’s theme “THE LIVING OCEAN AND COAST” through the spatial and organizational concepts that went into its construction. “ONE OCEAN” in the EXPO 2012 YEOSU KOREA, will contribute to an increase in visitors to the area as well as play a role as a major and permanent facility.
