People checking trashcans and looking for bottles is part of Berlin's urban image.

These 'Pfandsammlers' or 'deposit collectors' spend days searching for empty beer and plastic bottles and return them to the supermarket to collect little deposit money.

Artist Fabio La Fauci decided to do a social intervention: with added thoughts, quotes or poems the bottles become unique pieces in order to brighten the day of a Pfandsammler.

On Saturday, 28th of November from 18.00, we invite you to come with an empty bottle, possibly a quote as well and we'll create a bottle, worth a bit more than 8 cents!
