and we have to agree with the REBELART crew... his idea is much better and it fits completely with the surrounding.

for those of you who dont speak german... the lock symbol is significant because it plays on the German word SCHLOSS, which has a double meaning; both for a large estate (ie: castle, manor, palace) as well as for a lock. so depending on who you ask, the STADTSCHLOSS (city palace) could also translate at a state lock on money better spent!
THE WA is a subversive urban artist, not necessarily bound to the more traditional forms of street art. his works are not typical stickering and graphical stuff, but humorous and conceptual, reflecting society issues.
