"parkour or "free running is something standing between sport, artform and lifestyle. originally invented by Sébastien Foucan und David Belle by jumping around on paris´s roofs. meanhile it has grown into a worldwide movement particularly practicised by manic hiphop enthusiasts. you´ve probably heard about it already some years ago, but this video from russia, with its impressive communist flair, has once again something really incredible.
