IEPE is one of the early members of the PLATOON network and we are thrilled to see thathis latest workhas once again turned out so brilliantly.
IEPE's urban intervention took place in april on rosenthaler platz. we were there, on the balcony of oberholz, leisurely soaking up sunshine and bubbles, when the colour attack took place. 500 liters of waterbased environmentally-friendly paint were poured onto the asphalt and spread by 2000 cars. later I heard a kid say: "mom look, the rainbow is leaking". I guess that sums it up quite nicely!
